I like the friendly atmosphere and the general ambience of the hotel. It is in a fantastic position and the terrace is beautiful. I enjoyed the food although I was a little disappointed in the beach bar as it did not appear to offer the same versions of food as in the past. Also my friends and I were unable to order a drink in the bar as there was no service and the reception was too busy, we had to go to our table in the restaurant for a pre dinner drink which we would not have chosen. All in all the hotel offers good rooms and lovely surroundings for a reasonable price. We stayed for an extra night added to the three we had booked on line.

Spacious car park---- that`s about it!!!!????
carpet in room badly stained-- bed cover had large oil stain ( assumed to be sun tan oil ) terrace facing sea -- very dirty. bathroom small but clean. A lot of doors inc. our bedroom door very badly consumed due to many years of being bashed by suitcases-- door itself was filthy. In general the hotel was "very" scruffy & mucky. this hotel " really needs" a complete facelift & one receptionist needs to be trained on how to treat guests-- sorry my dear that I had to bring back my card to you to open our room, but if it does`nt open it, it does`nt. Did not eat in the hotel restaurant,-- seeing the general state of the hotel, did`nt really trust the hygene in the kitchen!!!!????

We had a fantastic stay at Van Der Valk Hotel! The spacious and freshly renovated room provided us with stunning views of the sea and opposite coast. The comfortable boxspring bed ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was satisfying. The private parking zone was large and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable beachfront experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated for travelers around the coast, 20 minutes by car to Saint Trope. Just in front of the hotel is a small sandy beach. Our room had very nice view to the beaches. The room was clean, big enough, the bathroom was very big, clean and with nice interior.

We stayed at a hotel close to the beach with clean and standard rooms. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant had fantastic food at affordable prices. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location could not be better.

Comfy bedroom, bathroom a little cramped. Excellent shower. Fridge in room not stocked but the meant you cold at least buy your own drinks, and not pay exorbitant hotel prices. Restaurant great first night, second night not as good, saff were overworked,it was the start of the season and they were not used to being so busy. Breakfast buffet was ok.good location for a one or two night stay .
Bit basic ,no pool, no bar ,

Everything worked efficiently, both staff and facilities. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for that price range and would definitely stay again if in this region or passing through again.
The room we were given was a little small but the space was efficiently utilised.

A good hotel which faces the sea. The price during low season (85 euro/ double room with sea view & breakfast) is correct. The breakfast is very good. We did not find a good restaurant in the town and came back to have a dinner in the reastaurant of our hotel. It was not extraordinate but still can be recommended. Finally we were satisfied with the price and the quality of this 3-stars hotel.
The hotel begins to become old.
